Joseph E. Anton

Joseph E. Anton is the founding partner of Anton Lucas, Inc. and has spent more than 25 years as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions of private companies.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and his law degree from Suffolk University Law School.  He sits on various private company Boards and is actively involved as Chairman of the Leadership Council at the JFK School of Government.

Brad Lucas

Brad Lucas has spent nearly twenty-five years in corporate and investment banking.  Brad began his career at The Bank of New York.  Subsequently, he served many of the nation’s leading consumer product companies as an investment banker for Young and Rubicam Ventures, a merger and acquisition specialist.  For over twenty years, Brad has completed transactions at Anton Lucas, Inc. on behalf of clients in the consumer goods, retail, entertainment, business services, healthcare, and industrial markets.

Brad is an active supporter of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He founded the Dana-Farber Leadership Council, is a member of the institute’s Board of Trustees, and serves on several of the Board’s committees.

Brad earned an M.B.A from the Wharton School, a certificate from the London School of Economics and a B.A. from Colby College. He and his wife live in Brookline, Massachusetts.
